At Centria Healthcare, we’ve listened to our nurses. We know that in 1:1 home care, having the right resources is everything. Since May 2025, we have fully integrated a brand-new, evidence-based Clinical Procedure Manual directly into our HealthTrust EMR.

Our active nurses love it because it removes the guesswork. Whether you are charting or performing an intervention, the protocols you need are available in real-time, right from your home screen. We provide the tools; you provide the heart.

Why Nurses Are Returning To Centria

  • 1:1 Patient Care: Focus your full attention on one patient, not a heavy floor assignment.
  • Total Clinical Support: 24/7 access to clinical leadership and our new EBP manual integrated at the intervention level.
  • Flexibility That Works: Choose from day, night, or weekend shifts to fit your life.
  • Paid Training & Shadowing: New to Trach/Vent care? We provide the specialized training you need to feel confident.
